October is a landmark date for GICF. A year ago we emerged from the English congregation with a new name and a new direction, focusing on reaching our community. We are not quite there yet but we are making progress in spite of Covid-19.
Celebrate and Reconnect is a planned event for Saturday, October 3 at the church lawn. We will gather from 4:00 to 6:00 pm to share testimonies of God’s faithfulness.
Many have expressed a desire to meet together. This is an opportunity for us to do just that. We will park our cars on the grassy lawn outside the Fellowship House.
Each person will bring their own chairs and snacks/drinks. Chair space will be arranged to accommodate social distancing between families and groups. Every person above the age of 2 will be required to wear masks. Masks will be available if you forgot to bring one or have need of one.
Bathrooms will be limited to 2 individuals at a time. Please keep it clean for the next person(s).
Attendees, please self-screen before coming. Anyone experiencing a fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms should not attend.
